Classes & Privates can use the Pilates Cadillac, Reformer Tower, Chair, Ladder Barrell and smaller apparatus – balls, bands, rings, hand weights and foam rollers to support and challenge movements. MELT Balls, Rollers and Bands are also used in a variety of sessions including the MELT Method & MELT Pilates sessions.
The larger Pilates and fitness equipment is dynamic, versatile, offer a variety of spring resistances to challenge stability, balance, stamina, strength, flexibility, increase cardio fitness and provide feedback. A studio class offers greater degrees of progression, regression, adaptability and intensity that fast-track improvements, whether objectives are general, personal, rehabilitative or elite physical performance training.
